When will my package arrive?

The current average shipping times are 2-15 working days due to high demand. Sometimes your order may arrive sooner. You can track the location of your package with the tracking number sent to you via email.

*Please note that shipping times may vary depending on things out of our control i.e. weather, customs, etc. 

*We do not ship on any national holidays or weekends. 

*U.S orders will be shipped via USPS. Shipping methods for International Orders will vary based on the shipping address provided.

 

Will I receive a tracking number? 

We will send you a tracking number to your email once the package has been shipped. You can use this number to track your package here.

 

 What are precautions are you taking due to COVID 19?

We acknowledge that pandemic conditions have caused difficult circumstances worldwide. In order to ensure the healthy and safety of our employees, we are taking the utmost caution in our workplaces. All areas are sanitized and employees are operating with face-masks and social distancing procedures. 

 

I placed an order but I have not received a confirmation email. Whats up?

Please wait at least 30mins until you have made your purchase to receive your confirmation email. Be sure to check your Spam folder, for an email that might have been filtered out. If after 30 mins you have not received an email, please reach out to us at support@shopzava.com .

 

Will I pay for customs duties?

We optimize our shipments with carriers to avoid customs charges. You will most likely not be charged by customs but please be aware these charges are out of our control and vary based on local laws and regulations. 

 

What is your return policy?

We are happy to accept returns of undamaged, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving them. If you would like to return your order, please package your products in a secure box and send it to the below  address and reach out to support@shopzava.com to get help from our support team. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us. Once the product has been received, we will issue you a refund. Please click here for more info.

What is the Zava Lifetime Warranty Program?

The Zava Lifetime Warranty program is like an insurance policy on your Zava Electronic products, should they ever malfunction or break un-expectedly, we will send you a completely new product free of charge. The warranty is $9.99 USD and each purchase covers one Zava product only. The warranty should be purchased with the same email as product purchases.
